We currently ship to customers within the United States.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take longer. In such cases, you will be notified by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
    •    Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
    •    Express Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to California

Orders shipped to California follow the same processing and delivery times listed above.
All applicable sales tax is collected in accordance with California state law.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
We will, however, do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.
